[ Cats ] Open Question : What is wrong with my cat?

I know this sounds really gross, and I’m sorry.

But my cat has these little clear ball things coming out of her anus. Whenever she sits on my bed and leaves there’s about 5-10 of them. They look like really small cream-coloured eggs, like crumb-size. I don’t know what they are. A couple years ago, she had 7 litters of kittens. She’s spayed now, but could this have something to do with it?
